Saagah sources products directly from designers, artisans and craftsmen in various parts of India. We guarantee the authenticity of each and every product we sell.

It will be available in the Apple Appstore for iOS and Google Playstore for androids very soon.

WHAT IS SAAGAH’S RETURN POLICY?

Our mission is to make you fall in love with what you have ordered. In case, you are disappointed, feel free to return any item not marked ‘Final Sale’ by dropping us an email within 14 days of delivery, for free. And in case your order does not arrive at the stipulated time, feel free to contact our team and we will get it sorted out, asap! Please check our Return policy page for further details.

We have worldwide shipping facilities. Our aim is to create a discover-worthy platform where clients from all around the world can explore new products, anytime, anywhere! Hence, if you love it, we’ll cover any distance to get your product delivered to you! Be sure of it!

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Our official hours of operation are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday-Friday (Business Hours). However, in case of any query outside business hours, we would respond within 24 hours.

HOW DO I REMOVE SOMETHING FROM MY CART?

Of course, the entire set might not appeal to you. We understand. So, we make it easy for you to mix and match, choose and drop. Head to your shopping cart and find the exact price of every item mentioned next to the product. In case you want to remove an item, just click on the cross next to the product and an automatic removal shall be done. Still confused, give our customer service a shout! We will get it settled for you, at your choice!

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Simply log into your personal account and you can easily track your order and shipment details. You will be notified at every step, starting from placing the order to the day it arrives at your doorstep. One click and it’s done.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 499 (in India)/ $100 (Outside India)! However for orders below the stipulated amount we would charge Rs. 75 / $9.99 shipping charge (depending on the destination to be shipped)

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Shipping addresses can always be added, removed and edited on your Account Information page. You can also edit your shipping information at check-out.

HOW DO I RETURN A SAAGAH PURCHASE?
